Course Delivery

Obviously, we need your info to give you access to the courses you paid for. We'll send you login details, course updates, and make sure you can track your progress properly.

Communication

We'll email you about course updates, new content, and important announcements. Don't worry - we won't spam you with random stuff you didn't ask for.

Improvement

We look at how people use the site to make it better. Like if everyone's having trouble with a certain page, we'll fix it. Basic stuff like that.

Security

We monitor for weird activity to keep everyone's accounts safe. If someone tries to hack your account, we want to catch it before they succeed.

OUR PROMISE

We will NEVER sell your email list to marketers, share your course progress with employers or schools without your permission, or give your personal info to advertisers. That's just not how we operate.

You can ask us for a copy of all the personal info we have about you. We'll send it to you within 30 days, usually way faster.

CORRECT MISTAKES

If we have wrong info about you, just let us know and we'll fix it. You can also update most stuff yourself in your account settings.

DELETE YOUR DATA

Want us to delete your account and personal info? No problem. Just email us and we'll take care of it within a few days.

EXPORT YOUR DATA

You can download your course progress, certificates, and other data in a format that you can use somewhere else.

OPT-OUT OF EMAILS

Don't want marketing emails? Easy - just click unsubscribe or change your email preferences in your account. Course-related emails will still come though.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

Look, I'm not gonna pretend I understand all the technical security stuff perfectly, but our developers use industry-standard protection methods to keep your data safe. Here's what I do know we do:

All data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted. That's why you see the little lock icon in your address bar.

PASSWORD SECURITY

We don't store your actual password - just a encrypted version that even we can't read. That's why we can't tell you what your password is if you forget it.

SECURE SERVERS

Our servers are protected by firewalls and security monitoring. We use reputable hosting companies that specialize in keeping data safe.

ACCESS CONTROL

Only authorized team members can access user data, and they only get access to what they need to do their job. No one's browsing through your info for fun.

REGULAR BACKUPS

We backup all data regularly so if something goes wrong with our servers, your course progress and account info won't be lost.

MONITORING

We monitor for suspicious activity and unauthorized access attempts. If someone tries to hack into accounts, we usually catch it pretty quickly.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If there's ever a data breach or security issue that affects your personal information, we'll email you within 72 hours to let you know what happened and what we're doing about it. We'll also report it to the authorities if required by law.

Honestly, we really hope this never happens, but if it does, we'll be completely transparent about it.
